Description
The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has a requirement for a firm to replace the current single pained glass windows an existing residential building. This construction effort is estimated between $100,000 and $249,000 and needs to be completed by July 2023. This work requires the services of a professional contractor with experience in Residential renovation.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Government is planning a Site Visit and the date for this visit will be in the solicitation.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
