Location: MIssion and Installation Contracting Command,Bldg 111 (Corner of Slater Road and Pershing Road, 2nd floor MICC classroom (Enter from the parking lot end facing East off to the left side of the Bldg)

Remove and replace the existing synthetic grass in Facility# 20739 with new synthetic grass. Remove existing asphalt in the walking trail of Facility # 11388 and install new 8 feet wide by 2 inches asphalt. The Contractor must provide all work, labor, materials, and related services for construction requested herein until completion and acceptance of the entire work, except for any completed unit of work which may have been accepted under the contract, by the Government in a professional and collaborative environment to sustain mission requirements. Construction services and finished products shall be delivered on schedule, safely, and compliant with regulatory codes and standards.
