Fort Leonard Wood and LORA Asphalt IDIQ

THIS IS THE PRE-SOLICITAITON NOTICE. A SOLICITAITON IS ANTICIPATEDTO BE RELEASED ON OR ABOUT 26 JULY 2024.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Leonard Wood, MO intends to issue a solicitation for asphalt construction services that will include, but not be limited to, providing and replacing asphalt surfaces and other miscellaneous items in accordance with (IAW) the attached Task List in Technical Exhibit A and specifications.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with a small business size standard not to exceed $45 million.  The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is Y1LB Construction of Highways, Roads, Streets, Bridges, And Railways. The place of contract performance is Ft. Leonard Wood, MO 65473.

This acquisition will be a total Small Business set-aside. The resulting contract will be a single-award, firm- fixed price Indefinitely Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a one (1) year base ordering period and four (4) optional ordering periods of one (1) year each.

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. ALL DOCUMENTS ARE IN DRAFT FORM AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE PRIOR TO SOLICITATION. NO QUESTIONS OR ANSWERS WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED AT THIS TIME. NO PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME.

THE US GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE AN INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) WILL BE POSTED UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER W911S7-24-B-0005 ON OR AFTER 26 JULY 2024 WITH AN ANTICIPATED BID OPENING DATE OF 26 AUGUST 2024. THE ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE IS 4 SEPTEMBER 2024.
