Description

Question 1: The solicitation is marked as unrestricted, but later in the document under the comparative evaluation section, it says this is for a 100% SDVOSB set aside. Can the government clarify if this unrestricted or 100% SDVOSB Set aside? Answer: This requirement is unrestricted. There was error in the evaluation criteria specifying this requirement as an SDVOSB set-aside. Question 2: To ensure radio coverage at the Gainesville Mental Health CBOC and Gainesville Primary Care CBOC, MSI proposed an indoor Distributed Antenna System (DAS) at each location, but the solicitation does not mention it.  Is the indoor DAS required to ensure proper radio coverage? Answer: Yes Question 3: The equipment listed (portables, mobiles and consolettes) at each facility has a requirement of AES FIPS 140-2 encryption.  Gainesville VA Police use AES FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certified encryption to secure their communication.  Please confirm that AES FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certified encryption is required for all radios in this solicitation. Answer: Yes Question 4: Sustainment Services for up to 5 years from date of purchase. Should the response include onsite response, pick-up & delivery, repair, and technical support? Answer: Vendor shall quote their best option.
