REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide comprehensive maintenance, and compatible reagents, standards, controls, supplies, and consumables to perform SARS-CoV-2 next generation sequencing, using the listed equipment below, for the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center (RMRVAMC). Equipment List: Fisher Scientific Ion Torrent Genexus analyzer KingFisher Flex analyzer Qubit Flex analyzer Contractor shall provide comprehensive maintenance for all three (3) analyzers, and compatible reagents, standards, controls, supplies, and consumables to perform SARS-CoV-2 next generation sequencing at a firm-fixed price. The NAICS code is 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing and Small Business Size Standards is 1000 employees. The information submitted shall contain the company s business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). This is for Market Research Purposes Only. No questions will be answered.
