Description

Pre-Solicitation This notice announces the intent of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Veteran Readiness and Rehabilitation and Employment Division, VA Regional Office, 251 North Main Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27155 to issue a solicitation for Local Discrete Services which will be provided to eligible veterans throughout the State of North Carolina. The services requested are for Independent Living Assessments. The Solicitation is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. Services to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 624310 with a size standard of $11 Million. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued electronically on or about June 17, 2022, on Contract Opportunities at http://beta.sam.gov. To be eligible for contract award, responding contractors must be verified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business at the time the quote is received and must have the applicable NAICS code in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ registered in System for Award Management (SAM), and must a have a valid Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) Number. Solicitation Number is RFQ 36C10E22Q0116 and will be available on or about June 17, 2022. Formal quotes will be due to the Contracting Officer NLT Monday July 18, 2022, at 9:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST). Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically at http://beta.sam.gov.
