THIS PROCUREMENT IS A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE ACQUISITION
The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15, intends to award a Construction Contract for Project 589A5-23-102.

SMALL BUSINESS SIZE: $19.0 Million
Magnitude of VA Project: Less than $25,000
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: 589A5-24-500SL, Boiler 2 Tube Leak Repair
The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to locate and make proper repairs to the boiler 2
tube leaks in building 40. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment.
Provide all materials and perform work as required by the attached drawings and specifications for Proj. 589A5-24-500SL B
at the Topeka, KS VA Medical Center. Period of performance 14 days.

1) Failure to provide all documentation required by this solicitation may be grounds to deem your offer nonresponsive.

2) The contractor's price must be determined to be Fair and Reasonable IAW FAR 15.002(a).
