Incorporate the revised Attachment 0004 General information and Section B (CLINs); restrictions have been removed; yellow filled cells can now be edited. 5. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0002 Narrative: Due to an error in the system Amendment 0002 does not exist. Amendment 0003 Narrative: The solicitation closing date is extended. Responses to questions received are provided in Attachment 0005. Two new pre-scheduled site visit dates have been incorporated into the combined synopsis solicitation.
