- Description: THIS IS A SYNOPSIS NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation or request for quote or proposal and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. The solicitation will be a Fixed-Price (FP) single award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) for mineral base oils only. The period of performance will be 27 October 2024 – 26 October 2025 (estimated). Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires Worldwide Lubrication Program for lubricants and related engineering support services. The Government is contracting for products and services, in addition to availability and delivery of these products and services on a worldwide basis within specific time constraints defined by the planned contract. The Government intends to issue a Sole Source Bridge Contract to the incumbent contractor. The incumbent contractor is currently performing MSC Worldwide Lubrication Program that acquires lubricants for decades under a commodity contract N3220523D4033 that provides required oils and greases.
