Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY &IMF) seeks a Contractor to provide annual preventative maintenance and repair services, to be performed on a quarterly basis, for sixty six (66) sewing machines of various make and models. Contract to cover base year and 3 option years. The period of performance is from March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023 with three (3) Option Year Periods to start subsequently.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310 for Commercial and Industry Machinery and Equipment (Except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $8,000,000. The Product Service Code is J049, Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment.

All offerors are required to submit the following:

  • All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM)(https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07, DFARS 09/29/2021, and NMCARS 18-20.
  • A statement regarding technical approach on completing the work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Five (5) pages maximum.
  • Fill out the unit price and total amount for the base year CLIN 0001 and the three (3) option years for CLINs 1001, 2001, and 3001 on the solicitation document (Standard Form 1449).
  • A price quote including a breakdown in costs for labor, travel, and materials.
  • Completion of FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26 and 52.212-3.

Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 as listed in the attached solicitation.

Quotes are due no later than Monday, February 14, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. HST, and must be sent via e-mail to both the primary and secondary points of contacts.
