Follow-On Market Survey and Industry Day - Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System

This posting serves a dual purpose.  Part A is a Market Survey requesting information supporting the Product Manager Petroleum and Water Systems (PdM PAWS) 3,000 Gallon Per Hour Tactical Water Purification System (3K TWPS) program.  Part B is a notification for a PdM PAWS Industry Day to present the plans for future procurement of a 3K TWPS and to showcase the Government designed 3K TWPS proof of concept system to representatives from Industry.

PART A:  MARKET SURVEY

THIS IS A MARKET SURVEY REQUESTING INFORMATION IN SUPPORT OF THE PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENT DESCRIBED BELOW. No contract will be awarded from this announcement.  This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Also, it is not a request seeking contractors interested in being placed on a solicitation mailing list. Response to this questionnaire is voluntary and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Market Survey and any follow-on information requests. Data submitted in response to this Market Survey will not be returned. No solicitation document exists at this time, and calls requesting a solicitation will not be answered. 

PART B:  INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCMENT

The Product Manager for Petroleum and Water Systems (PdM PAWS) is planning an Industry Day event to present the plans for future procurement of a 3,000 gallon per hour Tactical Water Purification System (3K TWPS) to representatives from industry.  This event is an opportunity for the Government to express its goals, schedule, and to solicit feedback.

The 3K TWPS Industry Day is scheduled for Wednesday, 9 August 2023 at Selfridge Air National Guard Base (SANGB) in Harrison Township, Michigan.  A Government presentation will take place in the morning at the Selfridge Joint Dining Facility.  The presentation will be followed by a demonstration of the Government designed proof of concept system at the SANGB Water Treatment Test Facility.  Vendors will then be offered private one-on-one sessions to ask questions and provide feedback.
