The purpose of this amendment is to updates specifications, drawings, and the bid sheet to reflect a change in disposal site.  (SEE ATTACHMENT)

This acquisition is proceeding as a Full and Open Competition, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: ZlKF, SIC CODE: 1629, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $30,000,000. All questions should be directed to Dennis Neal: james.neal@usace.army.mil

Estimated Cost Range is between $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the Sacramento River DWSC to -30-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth and transporting of the dredged material to various upland disposal sites listed in specification Section 00 10 00 PRICING SCHEDULE and per the requirements in specification Section 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK. All dredged material shall be transported to the various upland disposal sites (See CLIN for Location)

This requirement is for Full and Open Competition. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

ALL BIDS will be due on June 6, 2022 at 12:00 PM PDT. The specific date and time is identified in this solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.

Plans and specifications will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on SAM.gov once the IFB is issued.
