Kuwait Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services (ATGHS)

Provide Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services (ATGHS) for Air Mobility Command at Cargo City Kuwait International Airport, Kuwait.  ATGHS services will be provided for all U.S. Government owned or operated aircraft, U.S. sponsored foreign Government aircraft, Coalition Forces aircraft, Kuwait Air Force aircraft, commercial contract aircraft, and commercial tendered aircraft at Cargo City Kuwait International Airport, Kuwait, in support of the Defense Transportation System.  The Contractor shall facilitate on-time aircraft departures and maintain the ability to provide the full range of ATGHS 24-hours a day, seven days a week, which includes a sustained Working Maximum on Ground, capability of two (2) wide-body aircraft or any combination of narrow-body, which equate to two (2) wide body aircraft.  Handling of classified information shall require the Contractor to have a facility clearance prior to beginning contract performance.  The Government intends to award a contract with a Base period of 1 October 2023 through 30 September 2024 and four (4) one-year option periods with a potential six-month extension.
