Description

19 December 2022 Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to provide the following information: All propane tanks will be Government owned. The Contractor will not be required to provide propane tanks. 

16 December 2022 Amendment 1: The purpose of Amendment 1 is 1) update the period of performance; 2) add option year CLINs 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001; 3) increase quantity of CLIN 0001; 4) add FAR clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract; 5) delete CLINs 0002, 0003, and 0004 in their entirety; 6) edit FAR clauses 52.216-18 and 52.217-6; and 7) revise the Supplemental section, the Statement of Work, Technical Exhibit A-Propane Tank Inventory, and Attachment 7- Historical Usage.

The offer due date is extended to 21 December 2022 at 10:00am CST.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, has a requirement for a contractor to provide all parts, labor, equipment, material, supervision, and transportation necessary for the purchase and delivery of bulk propane gas to Fort Hunter Liggett, California in accordance with the specifications and all solicitation documents including all referenced documentation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

An award for this requirement will be made pursuant to FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). The resultant contract will be awarded as a fixed price with economic price adjustment (FPEPA), single award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The anticipated period of performance is 15 December 2022 through 14 December 2023 or subsequent date.

The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 324110, Petroleum Refineries, with a small business size standard of 1500 employees.

This procurement is unrestricted, full and open competition.
