Description

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, intends to negotiate a cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) sole source bridge contract to CACI Technologies, Inc. under FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, and FAR Subpart 16.3, Cost-Reimbursement Contracts.

This requirement is for non-personal services that will enable United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) to obtain contractor support services to provide integrated logistics and training services for Naval Operational Forces staffs.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541330, Engineering Services, with a size standard of $22.5M.

The resulting contract is expected to be for one 6-month base period and one 3-month option period. A complete Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be available by downloading the documents at the SAM website as follows: SAM.gov on or around 11 July 2022. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will not issue hard copy RFPs. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this RFP, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside of the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at https://www.sam.gov.
