reasonable cost based on cost of books if purchased individually, on the amount of usage by the Academy community,
input from faculty who use it for research and teaching, and pricing of other eBook collections in these subject areas
Ebook collections provided by the publishers are their exclusive property. The unique bundling of information,
provision of no digital rights management, and proprietary platform require a sole source purchase.
