Croatan Ranger Construction

The purpose of this Amendment is to add Attachment 11 Revised Technical Evaluation Factors. The due date remains the same, due 8/23/24 by 5pm.

Proposal submission to include: SF 1442 signed, SOI's priced, Amendments signed, Technical Proposal (to include all components).

The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate RFI questions and answers received by potential contractors, add Attachment 08, Attachment 09 and Attachment 10 and to extend the proposal due date from 8/16/24 to 8/23/24 by 5pm.

Croatan Ranger District Build

Site Visit will be held on 7/23/24 at 9AM.  ***PLEASE RSVP by 7/22 at 1pm***

(Site visit is not mandatory but encourged.  Contractors can visit project site on their own.) 

All questions will be due via email on 7/25/24 by 1PM.  

Located at the National Forests of North Carolina Croatan District in New Bern, North Carolina. Work consists of site preparation, private access roads construction, utilities construction, construction of 6600 square foot Ranger Station, fencing, and construction of two helipads.
