Amendment 2 posts revised Schedule of Items, Attachment A, removing line Item 2.

Amendment 1 posts Questions and Answers, a revised Worksheet 1 (blank), and provides the Forest Services Pre-Acquisition Environmental Assessment Guidance for Federal Land Transactions, February 9, 2009.

The US Forest Service , CSA#6 Team, announces a total small business seta-side request for quote opportunity for environmental site assessment services on the Mark Twain National Forest located in Missouri. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 541620 with a size standard of $16.5 million. It is anticipated that one firm fixed price contract will be awarded from this solicitation. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. The contractor shall provide all project management, administrative services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, labor, equipment, and materials to complete the work described in this solicitation.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
