Amendment 2

No more questions will be answers.
Due date for quotes is May 9, 2023, 1PM Central Time Jefferson, AR.

Questions and answers:

1.    What species are you working on? 
Response: We are working on the human DNA samples
2.    What coverage do you need?  
Response: 80-120x coverage
3.    Do you need DNA extraction service? If so, can I know what kind of sample will you send? 
Response: No, the DNA has been extracted and will be shipped for sequencing
4.    Do you need bioinformation analysis? 
Response: No. 
5.    Do you have preference in terms of the exome capture kit? 
Response: Agilent or twist 
6.    Technical specifications #2 – 
•    We wanted to confirm that 2uL is your sample collection input and that it's not DNA sequencing input volume after library prep.  
Response: Government will provide not more than 2 uL DNA samples for library prep and sequencing.

7.    Since these are patient samples, does the FDA need CLIA-validated WES workflows? 
Response: It is preferred but not required.
8.    Are you able to modify the solicitation to remove the small business set aside (NAICS 541714, size standard <1000 FTEs)? 
Response: No.
9.    If not, what are the subcontracting limitations including percentage of work that can be done by prime and sub-contractor?
Response: The small business needs to perform 51% of the work.
