Teen Mental Health First Aid Training

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract with National Council for Behavioral Health dba National Council for Mental Wellbeing (UEI GDAKQ7A8MG55), under the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available. The Navajo Area Office coordinator is certified to teach the curriculum through National Council for Behavioral Health. The vendor also has copyrights to the curriculum and training material. The NAICS code is 611430, with an associated small business size standard of $13.0 million.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
