Description

This is an Approved Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity Competition for Support Services required by the DOJ Civil Division (CIV) Office of Information Technology (OIT) Help Desk and IT Program Support Services. This award serves as a bridge  contract to maintain support for mission critical activities to which a gap in services would result in unacceptable disruptions. This bridge action is nececessary while the Department completes a competitive acquisiton that is currently underway.

08/21/2023 Update:  Approved Justification has been amended through an Addendum to include the use of FAR 52.217-8 - Option to Extend Services.
