This notice is to advised all parties interested in this requirement that the Government may elect to solicit via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). PIEE requires user registration in order to submit a proposal. Information on how to register can be found by clicking on help at the top of the page at https://piee.eb.mil/ or

In the event the Goverment uses PIEE for soliciting this requirement, proposals received outside of the system will not be accepted. Any other additional submission information would be located in the solicitation. This notice is soley to advise on the potential use of PIEE.

Please direct all questions in reference to PIEE to the POCs listed above. Questions addressed to any other party mentioned in this notice will not receive a response.

The anticipated solicitation date for this requirement is Sept 2022 or sooner. The solicitaiton will be posted to SAM.GOV so please continue to watch for it. Thank you for your interest.
