To provide all labor, material, parts, and equipment for Janitorial Services and pick up of trash and recycling in accordance with Performance Work Statement which is incorporated and enclosed.

Service Contract Labor Standards 15-4143 REV. 23 applies and is incorporated.

Routine Cleaning - Base Year

Contractor to provide routine cleaning at Watervliet Arsenal as per PWS
(Performance Work Statement). Wages will be in accordance with the latest revision of the Service Contract Labor Standards.  

** Offeror is required to furnish the charge per hour to be used for any changes (additions/deletions space to be cleaned) during the term of the contract
$28.50 COST PER HOUR.

Note: Contractor is to be paid on a monthly basis, in arrears, for work performed.  If for any reason any portion of the required work for CLIN 0001 is not completed, the invoice will be adjusted based on the cost per hourly rate multiplied by manhours, overhead, and profit for the areas to be serviced. 

Base Year, Period of Performance 01 April 2023 to 31 March 2024.

Project Work – Base Year

Special Cleaning Service per PWS 2.03 – project work will be funded when requested by the Contracting Office. There is no guaranteed minimum and maximum per year.  Invoices are submitted at the completion of task.

Stripping and Refinishing Resilient Tile Flooring
The contractor shall strip and refinish resilient tile flooring in each facility once per year, unless specified differently in Appendix B.

Duct Cleaning.
Price for duct cleaning per duct: $83.25.

One-Time Additional Routine Cleaning
One-time routine cleaning services which may be required in any building, area, or room, for a floor area not to exceed 2,500 square feet per requested cleaning.
$28.50 PRICE PER HOUR

ADDITION/SUBTRACTING: If Cleaning Service is reallocated due to construction, manhours, labor, overhead, and profit will be documented and reconciled at the end of the contract, if required.

WVA walk-up mat receipts per month
WVA Monthly Inspection report
Window Washing Invoice
Duct cleaning Invoice
Please bill for 1/12th for each month.
