SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD. This Notice is to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, hereby announces its notice of intent to negotiate with Ansible Government Solutions LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), on a sole source basis. This is in accordance with (IAW) 38 U.S. Code 8127 and VAAR 819.70008 to provide staffing support consisting of Pharmacists, Pharmacist Technicians, and Shipper/Packers on a full-time basis. This staffing will support the dispensing of pharmaceuticals to Veterans for a period of up to two months for the Consolidated Mail-Out Pharmacy (CMOP) located in Chelmsford, MA. These services represent a critical need in providing 120,000 prescriptions being mailed out daily to Veterans. The applicable NAICs Code for this requirement is 561210 Facility Support Services THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
