Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award on a competitive basis, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13, a single award Firm-Fixed Price contract, for Hotel lodging and accomodations services, in support DoDEA -Pacific East District, Japan  from October 31, 2022, to November 4, 2022.

DoDEA anticipates posting the solicitation in the System of Award Management (SAM), the week of October 17, 2022.

All applicable FAR)and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses are contained in SF 1449 HE1254-23-Q-4000 attached to this synopsis. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotes in accordance with FAR Part 12 and additional instructions, conditions, and the provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and its addendum provision.

No information concerning the solicitation or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls.
