Description

15 May 2024: Amending synopsis/solicitation to remove provision 252.225-700 and clause 252.225-7001 and incorporate provision 252.225-7035 and clause 252.225-7036. RFQ response due date remains 16 May 2024, 2:00 HST.

15 May 2024: Updating Questions and Answers. See attached Q & A dated 5.15.2024. RFQ response due date remains 16 May 2024, 2:00 HST.

14 May 2024: Incorporating Questions and Answers, 600 Amp Panel Board description, updated Combined Synopsis Solicitation incorporating DFARS Provisions 252.225-7000, and revised List of Materials - NLT Dates. RFQ response due date is extended to 16 May 2024, 2:00 HST.

Quotes are due by 2:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time on May 15, 2024. Electronic proposals must be submitted via e-mail to Cezar Y De Veas at cezar.y.deveas.mil@army.mil. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. 

Submissions shall not exceed 10 pages, and provide the following: Vendor Name; Vendor POC; Vendor CAGE; Vendor DUNS; Contact Ph#; Fax and/or Email; Discount Terms (if applicable); and Socio-Economic status. 

The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract WITHOUT discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. (FAR 52.212-l(g)).
