Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Pollock, Louisiana intends to issue solicitation 15B51923Q00000001 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY Food Items. This solicitation is restricted, FOB Destination, and delivery dates will begin January 1, 2023, and shall be completed by January 31, 2023, or otherwise noted.  Deliveries will be made according to the supplied schedule to the Federal Correctional Complex, 1000 Airbase Road, Pollock, LA 71467. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311999 and is restricted to Total Small Business.  The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirements that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management, (SAM), database prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.  All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The deadline date for receipt of quotes is December 16, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. CST. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
